Casa Blanca Road Transmission Project
The Casa Blanca Road Transmission Project is progressing as scheduled. New poles have been set between Power Line Road and AZ-347. The crew is currently working in the right of way with no influence on traffic. When it becomes necessary to control traffic, motorists can expect brief delays for their own safety and the safety of the crews. When necessary, GRICUA will implement a professionally prepared traffic control plan using GRICUA employees as supervisors and we are now hiring Traffic Control Flaggers. The location of specific construction areas will be available at the District 5 Community Center, and on the GRICUA Facebook and website. Drivers can use Nelson Road to avoid traffic delays.
Welcome SCIP Customers Within Gila River Indian Community Reservation!
On June 7, 2017 the Gila River Indian Community Council approved Resolution GR-069-17 which authorized the transfer of all remaining SCIP non-irrigation customers within the boundaries of the Community to GRICUA. This includes all residential, dusk to dawn and commercial customers, except SCIP irrigation services.

Please call GRICUA at (520) 796-0600 to begin your transfer today or if you have any questions. We look forward to serving you!
