New Residential Service
New residential customers that are building a
new home or having a modular home
delivered will be following this flow chart.
Please bring a copy of your BIA packet to
GRICUA prior to starting construction.
GRICUA will need the following information:
- Lease
- Plot plan
- Cultural Clearance
- Location (address if available)
- Easements
Customers are responsible for installing their
electrical panel and having Building & Safety
inspect the panel.
