On June 11, 2015, GRICUA held a send-off blessing ceremony for Jesus Flores and Anita Jones (both from District 3) before they departed for Washington, D.C. They will join hundreds of students from across the country for a week-long trip to visit historic monuments and museums, meet with United States Representatives and Senators and participate in workshops with other students. Barnaby Lewis provided the blessing.
